How
do I place an order on-line?
Browse
through our selection of jewelry. Once you've found one, click
on it to enlarge it. You'll be directed to another page, and
from here you will be able to select a quantity.
Once you have entered the quantity, you must then click the
"Add to Cart" button. You may repeat the
steps above to select additional jewelry and gifts.
Once you have finished shopping, just click the "Check-Out"
link and select a shipping method. You'll then be transferred
to another page where you'll input your billing and shipping
information.
Is
there a minimum order?
There are absolutely no minimum purchases required. Please
note, we do offer wholesale pricing. If you're interested

Can
I pay by check or money order?
Yes! We accept checks, money orders and cashier checks.
Which
credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Card.
How
long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow up to 7-10 days for US delivery.
Do
you ship internationally?
No. We only ship within the Contenential U.S..
What
is your return policy?
All
items returned must be assigned a Return Authorization Number.
Please contact DIVINEJEWELDESIGNS to receive your RMA number.
Within 10 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts),
you may return any of the following items to DIVINEJEWELDESIGNS,
for any reason, for a full refund minus shipping cost. Your
return may also be subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking
fee. We cannot accept returns more then 10 days old.
How
is my personal information used?
You have our promise that any personal information you provide
will never be used by anyone not employed by us. It is not
the policy of Divine Jewel Designs to loan, sell, or share
customer information to anyone. Any financial information
that is collected is used only to bill customers for shipped
orders.
Do
you charge sales tax?
Divine Jewel Designs is located in California. By law we are
required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within
California.
Does
your site utilize cookies?
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with
our server, and to administer our Web site. We also use cookies
to help you recall orders and to make special offers to our
